To confirm a booking at Woods Farm, a deposit of 25% will be required with the remaining 75% paid one month before the holiday is due to commence.

Deposits are refundable (in full) with 1 month’s notice of cancellation, 50% refunded will be refunded with two weeks notice of cancellation and are not refundable if cancellation is less than 7 days. (Unless another booking is made)

Guests are asked to arrive after 3pm and leave before 10 am on the day of departure. (This can be varied by arrangement).

Bicycles – We have several bicycles available to guests.
Family Rooms – There are two family rooms at The Farm House.
