Woods Farm House, parts of which date back to the 1700's, sits within 30 acres of ancient pastures and natural habitat, encompassing a lake with drawbridge (children must be supervised at all times), ornamental garden and traditional mowed nature trails, home to an abundance of wild life and many unusual flowers.

The farm has its own alpacas, horses and free range chickens. Peacocks and guinea fowl roam freely around the various gardens. For those with a quick eye you can often see a kingfisher on the lake. Set on the border of Exmoor National Park you will be spoilt for choice with magnificent pathways, stunning moorland and wooded valleys as well as the quaint villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, Porlock and Dunster.

The accommodation is to a high standard and offers: FIVE bedrooms: 4 doubles, one with 6ft bed and 1 twin. Family bathroom with shower over and WC. Spacious family lounge with beamed ceiling, fireplace, TV, DVD and Freeview. Study/lounge with TV and ample seating.
